Telenor Serbia increases efficiency with CellVision’s mBOSS

Based on best practice experience from other operating companies within the Telenor group, Telenor Serbia have deployed CellVision’s mBOSS solutions in customer care and second line support. Now, agents can deal far more efficiently and effectively with customer requests on current and planned coverage thereby improving their customers’ overall experience.

This brings the total number of Telenor-group operators that have deployed CellVision to five. “We are delighted that we can extend the value we have delivered across the group to Telenor Serbia, and look forward to a long term business relationship with them” say Njål Vikdal, CEO of CellVision.
